What are the psychological effects of domestic violence? How does physical abuse affect a person? Dr. Christy Sim, is a counselor, author and survivor of domestic violence. Dr. Sim talks with the guys about caring for survivors of domestic violence. She shares with us some of the psychological effects of domestic violence and how physical abuse affects a person. Additionally, she gives Jeremy and Bill advice on recognizing abuse victims, giving a voice to survivors and transforming the church into a safe and welcoming space for survivors.
